The PTA Reflections program provides access to the arts and opportunities for recognition to help students explore their own thoughts, feelings and ideas using art and to develop confidence and a love for learning that will help them become more successful in school and in life. 

 

The PTA Reflections Program aims to:

• Inspire students and families to creatively engage around the annual theme.

• Share resources to support families' artistic endeavors and access arts education opportunities.

• Provide student artists access to recognition and celebrations for their creative talent.

• Encourage continued participation in the arts.

Mark Twain Student Submissions:

• Please email reflections.marktwainpta@gmail.com with any questions.

• Paper copies of the entry form can be found on Mrs. Kaul’s desk in the front office.

• Please bring completed entries and your attached entry form (with all sections completed!) to Mrs. Kaul on or before October 14.​

• The artist statement at the bottom of the entry form is a large part of the scoring criteria, so make sure to do your best!

Volunteer Opportunity:

Help judge local entries during the late October timeframe. Minimal time from you would be required, and it's bound to be a fun time to review submissions. Let us know if you'd like to be a judge by emailing MarkTwainWestervillePTA@gmail.com
